The 7th BIM Competition of the Construction Industry, organized by the China Construction Industry Association, recently concluded. MCC5 received three Grand Awards, one First Prize, two Second Prizes, and nine Third Prizes.

The 7th BIM Competition of the Construction Industry is one of the most influential BIM competitions in China. A total of 2,146 entries were submitted this year, with 22 entries receiving Grand Awards. The competition aims to accelerate the integrated application of BIM technology throughout the entire project lifecycle, including design, construction, and operation and maintenance, enhance the digital capabilities of construction enterprises, and promote high-quality development across the industry.

The award-winning projects from MCC5 cover a wide range of sectors, including high-end commercial and residential buildings, large-scale venues, healthcare facilities, and science and technology parks. They showcase MCC5’s innovative practices in BIM-enabled design, digital management and control throughout the construction process, and the integration of intelligent construction with green and low-carbon development. The awards recognize MCC5’s technological capabilities and demonstrate its continued commitment to technological innovation and excellence in project quality.
